September 11th, 2024 Meeting – Minutes (approved October 9, 2024)
East Midvale Elementary School Community Council
Faculty SCC Members: Matt Nelson-Principal, Ahna Bruno-4th grade teacher
Parent SCC Members: Ashlea Wilkes, Raschell Davis, Amberlee Standring,
Ashlea Wilkes made a motion to start the meeting at 5:17.
Review of terms of members:
- Ambrelee Standring is starting her first year of her two year term.
- Ashlea Wilkes and Raschelle Davis are starting their second year of their two year term.
- Ahna Bruno is starting her second year of her two year term.
- We are looking for another member to fill a seat.
Motion was made to table election for the chair and vice chair until the October meeting.
There were no questions about the purpose or role of the School Community Council.
Ashlea Wilkes made a motion to have our meetings the second Wednesday of each month at 5:30 in the media center. Raschelle Davis seconded the motion. Motion was approved.
Motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 5:48 by Raschelle Davis. Ashlea Wilkes seconded the motion. Motion was approved unanimously.
