Ashlea Wilkes called the meeting to order at 5:32.
A vote was taken to approve the November meeting minutes and was approved unanimously.
Agenda items were discussed as listed.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting was made by Ashlea Wilkes and approved unanimously and the meeting was adjourned at 6:00.
