RECAP of LAST WEEK:
- Congratulations to our Students of the Month for Self Management and Teacher of the Month in Kindergarten Ms. Tori and Staff of the Month Ms. Kida in our afterschool program!
- Thank you to United Way of Salt Lake and US Bank for their donations of time and talents to Day of Caring. They added color and messaging to our chain link fencing on the north side of the building, they painted the walls outside the faculty room with cute emojis and messages and they rebuilt emergency backpacks for every classroom.
- Girls on the Run started and the program is up and running with 28 young girls participating. Thanks to Ms. Pereira, Ms. Sturgis, Ms. Taylor and Ms. Payne for coaching these girls.
- Thank you parent volunteers for helping make sandwiches to donate and for setting up the PTA Book Fair. Our school so appreciates your engagement and time.
