5:40 Behavior and attendance data: Tracking a little low, sickness going around. 41% chronic absenteeism since Martin Luther King, Jr. day. Goal in the 20%. Is it based on 15 days or 15 percent. Principal Sandgren and Ms. Payne meet weekly to go over attendance, send letters, schedule home visits, etc. Principal Powell got a grant for home visits, difficulty is the time for the teachers. Idea: have parents sign up for home visits at parent teacher conferences, maybe partner with next grade or last grade. Idea: is it possible to go Friday afternoon during school time, then give them a sub on Monday morning for planning time.

Reading composite MOY 52%. 1st Grade: EOY 75% they are currently at 66%. Composite BOY 25% MOY 51%. 2nd grade: Goal EOY 50% currently at 42%. BOY 23% now 27% for accuracy. 3rd grade: Goal EOY 67% currently at 47% BOY 43 % now 42% accuracy. 4th grade: Goal EOY 60% currently 41% BOY 44% now 51% proficiency. 5th Grade: Goal EOY 80% at 64% BOY 51% MOY 59% proficient.
