5:40 Review meetings: Cell tower money approved
5:40 AmberLee motioned to adopt meeting minutes, seconded
5:41 Goal for behavior: Office Discipline Referral: 146 from Aug-Nov compared to 2024/2025 had 160. Goal to go down by 25%. Attendance data: more chronic absenteeism. Letters sent home by Ms. Payne after 5 days. Will do a push in January to get numbers down, we are at about 25% of students chronic absenteeism. Principal Sandgren is setting up parent meetings to address issues and see if there is anything the school can do to assist. What is the threshold for chronic to severe? Based on a percentage, based on number of days in school. Will invite Ms. Payne to join in January to look at patterns and habits. Only 30% of students on track for attendance. Copperview following same trend. Home visits will be pushed in January as well.
6:00 Stakeholder Survey: Results: 13 parents responded: Pretty on par with the district. Would we be able to send a Parentsquare/reminder home to let parents to know to look for it.
6:06 Boundary change: Part of Ridgecrest will be coming here, west of 1300 East. District should have staffing answers by December 15.
6:08 Safety report: Evacuation. Went very well, did it over the intercom. TCU not setup correctly yet.
6:10 Budgets – LandTrust & TSSP-Tracking well. Dojostore doing well.
