Meeting Minutes

5:45 AmberLee Standring made a motion to start the meeting. All approved.
5:45 Approve minutes from Feb. adopted and seconded.
5:46 Behavior and attendance data: Behavior graphs shown. Talked about attendance and average daily attendance – talked about the script fun Friday might be misinterpreted. Talked about tardiness and the impact and how the teacher notes are so helpful and especially with what they are missing. How to help with the messaging? Ideas would be to send out a Friday schedule and give more knowledge. BLT is going look at with our new attendance. Does it vary per grade? Amy will bring grade level data.
5:58 TSSP and LandTrust Budget – LandTrust budget looking good with interventionists and materials. TSSP we were able to hire a Title I aide for one on one tutoring and an extra recess aide.

6:05 Grant – CSI status ~$42,000 will wrap into TSSA monies so be thinking on how you’d like to use it
