School year 2025-2026 has ended. This past week was filled with celebrations and recognitions. There were blacklight parties for 1,000,000 dojo points earned. Both preschool and kindergarten had graduations.
Field Day with its literacy theme was a huge hit. Thank you to the Utah Commission on Juvenile Justice for creating the book themed activities at each station and for volunteering throughout the day. Thank you to our parent volunteers who worked the Napping House station where every student could pick a new book to bring home to read this summer! The books were donated through Marines Toys for Tots.
On our last day, we recognized and thanked our volunteers at a special breakfast. Our annual last day traditions continued and the faculty played softball versus our fifth graders and the dance party closed out the year with rockstar performances from every grade! We even had a bonus dance compliments of our 5th graders Zariah, Amar, Nar & Junior!
Best wishes for a wonderful summer. The best way to continue learning in a fun way is to read with your children all summer, visit the libraries throughout Salt Lake and encourage reading.
