PTA RED RIBBON WEEK Oct. 25-29 – Drug Free Looks Like Me!
- Monday = Be Brave, Be Bold, Be You and Wear Red!
- Tuesday = From Head to Toe, I’m Drug Free. Crazy Hat and Crazy Sock Day
- Wednesday = I Wouldn’t Dream of Letting Drugs get in my way! Pajama Day
- Thursday = Peace Out to Drugs! Wear Tie Dye
- Friday = Drugs are a Trick, Not a Treat! Wear your Halloween Costume
PICTURE RE-TAKE DAY will be November 17. If your child missed pictures last week, this is the next available option.
HALLOWEEN PARADE and PARTIES: Friday October 29 at 9:15 am. Parade will be outside. Parents are invited to attend and encouraged to bring chairs. Students are invited to wear costumes to school on Friday. Remember all costumes need to be school appropriate – no masks, no weapons or facsimiles to weapons, no blood, no gore and follows dress code. BOO TO THE FLU: Friday October 29 – Free Flu shot Clinic 8:00-11:00 am – before and after the parade in the family learning center portable.
MOBILE FOOD PANTRY: Tuesday November 2 at 2:45 pm.
SAVE THE DATES:
- FRIDAY NOVEMBER 5 – AT HOME remote learning day. Students do not come to the school building. Students will have work packets or can access lessons online. There is only 1 Friday per month that is approved for at home learning day over this school year.
- WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 10 – ALL PRO DADS meeting – 7:30 am. Topic is patience. Breakfast provided. Event is for fathers, father figures and their EME students.
- FRIDAY NOVEMBER 12 – all requests for Thanksgiving meals – uncooked delivered Nov. 20 and cooked delivered on Thanksgiving – are due in front office.
- TUESDAY NOVEMBER 23 – Turkey Trot!
