The Midvale City Harvest Days parade took place this weekend which must mean it is August! And August, while still summer hot, is also a shifting back to school days and learning! Principal Amy Sandgren along with assistant principals Janae Powell and Leslie Robinett joined Midvale’s Canyons District schools to celebrate our community. Ms. Sally Murphy finished the summer meal program last week but could not resist an opportunity to march in a parade!
Registration begins on Monday August 3 for all students. Parents can go online to Skyward Family, use the Skyward Mobile App or come into East Midvale this week between 8:00-3:00 pm to update and verify information for existing students. New student enrollment happens in our front office where our staff will be happy to walk you through the process.
Students can meet and greet their new teachers at the Open House on Friday August 14 from 2:00-3:00 pm. A CNS Immunization clinic will also be held at East Midvale from 1:30-3:00 pm. As a UWSL Promise Partnership school, East Midvale families receive no cost immunizations.
