Community Nursing Service Immunization Clinic (CNS) is open and providing immunizations to our community. Please identify yourself as attending a Canyons District community school and immunizations will be free for both insured and uninsured clients! Call 801-207-8777 for hours. Summer dinners are available for curbside pick up Mon-Fri 4:00-6:00 pm at CCC Headstart 8446 S. Harrison St. Midvale. Meals are free for children 0-18 years old and cost $3.00 per adult. See website for additional pick up locations. Provided by Utah Community Action.
