Sandy Club opens for summer camp enrollment Tuesday June 9. You must register In person – camps for kids ages 5-12 yrs. Camp runs July 1-August 11 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Limited space.
Summer dinners are available for curbside pick up Mon-Fri 4:00-6:00 pm at CCC Headstart 8446 S. Harrison St. Midvale. Meals are free for children 0-18 years old and cost $3.00 per adult. See website for additional pick up locations. Provided by Utah Community Action.
Free fresh produce distribution on Saturday June 13 at 6:00 pm at Mountain View Christian Assembly, 300 East 8000 South. First come first served as supplies last.
Grab and Go lunch and breakfast meals for children 18 years and younger are served at East Midvale and Canyons Crossing from 11:30-12:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Kids Cafe at the Ruth Vine Tyler library has begun daily from 3:30-4:30 pm with a grab and go snack available. Books now can be reserved online and picked up at the library.
Junior Achievement has long been partnered with East Midvale to provide JA in a Day – civic lessons for students. This year, these lessons are available as a summer resource at Junior Achievement Lessons. The whole family can have fun with this learning!
