Welcome Back January 2026

Welcome back! We hope you had a restful winter break and a wonderful holiday season. Tomorrow our halls again will be filled with energy as we kick off the new year.School starts at 8:10 am Monday morning and as the students (and families) settle back into routines, please keep this in mind:

• Crosswalks: Students and parents are to use the crosswalks at the north and south ends of school during both drop off and pick up. This is for the safety of all.
• Attendance: Being at school and on time every day is so very important for your child to stay connected, confident and to learn. Begin the new year promoting daily on time attendance.
• Quarter 2 Ends Thursday January 15: It is hard to believe that half the school year is behind us. Please look for report cards on January 22. Teachers spend a great deal of time preparing these reports so that parents are informed and know what is needed for student success.
• Mid-Year Assessments: On January 20 and 21, students will participate in learning assessments. These evaluations help us measure progress so far this year and ensure that students get supports so they can fully engage in learning.
