East Midvale Students choose See the Cat as their March Madness 2023 Book Winner!
Ms. Erickson, our school librarian, sent this email to the author of See the Cat, Mr. David LaRochelle.
“Each March students at EME read to the Final Four in March Madness with four Beehive Book Nominees (our state children’s book award). This year, See the Cat was our March Madness winner! Our kids loved the story so much. They loved the snake and the hippo especially. Thank you for a great read aloud, and congratulations from our little “international” school in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley. The cover will be put on a “jersey” and hung on the walls of our library!”
