PTA REFLECTIONS PROJECTS due Wednesday October 19. Students should bring submission to the classroom teacher on Wednesday.
PTA SPIRIT NIGHT at WAFFLE LOVE on Wednesday October 19. Enjoy a dinner time treat while supporting our East Midvale PTA. A portion of the sale proceeds are given to our PTA to support teachers and classrooms.
FALL BREAK – NO SCHOOL on Thursday October 20 and Friday October 21. Enjoy the time off.
DENTAL CLINIC – Thursday October 27 at East Midvale. Please return dental forms by Wednesday this week if you would like your student to be seen. Preventative care and cleaning done.

- Monday – “Rally Against Drugs!” Wear Red or SOAR t-shirt
- Tuesday – “Use your head, don’t do drugs!” – Wear a hat
- Wednesday – Sock it to Drugs! – Wear crazy socks!
- Thursday – Follow your dreams – Wear pajamas
- Friday – Say “Boo” to Drugs – Halloween costumes, parade and parties!
SAY BOO to the FLU: Our annual flu clinic will be on Friday October 28 from 8:00-11:00 am in the cafeteria. No cost flu shots for the whole family available.
HALLOWEEN PARADE, PARTIES and HAUNTED PUMPKIN PATCH on Friday October 28. Parade begins at 9:15 am and will exit the school through the community garden. Parents and friends invited to line the route on the south and west side of the school. Thank you to Jacobsen Construction for costume donations and the Haunted Pumpkin Patch creation!
