MOBILE FOOD PANTRY: Tuesday November 2 at 2:45 pm. Please plan to either pick up your student at school or meet at the bus stop to help carry the heavy food bags.
AT HOME LEARNING DAY THIS FRIDAY November 5. Students do not come to the school building. Students will have work packets or can access lessons online. There is only 1 Friday per month that is approved for at home learning day. The following are the board approved remote learning Fridays this school year:

- Friday April 22, 2022
THANKSGIVING MEALS – applications available in front office or sign up through Parent Square as soon as possible.
- UNCOOKED Thanksgiving meal including a frozen turkey. Delivery on Saturday November 20 – provided through Thanksgiving Heroes.
- COOKED individual meals delivered on Thanksgiving Thursday November 25 – provided through Teachers for Hope.
ALL PRO DADS meeting on Wednesday November 10 at 7:30 am. Topic is patience. Breakfast provided. Event is for fathers, father figures and their EME students. Please RSVP on the Parent Square post.
PTA MEETING (Parent Teacher Association) on Friday November 12 via Zoom at noon
THE TURKEY TROT – a favorite seasonal activity at East Midvale will be held on Tuesday November 23 in the morning. Parents are invited to come and cheer on students.
VIVINT GIVES BACK – East Midvale is again a grateful recipient of Vivint Gives Back generosity this season. A parent input form will be sent home on November 4 in Thursday folders. Teachers will be doing applications in class that following week. Please return input form with your student on Monday Nov. 8. If you would like to opt out your student, please indicate that on the form.
